Front Suspension Lower Ball Joint problem #1

I work for a chevy dealer and they diagnosed my 2007 Ford Five Hundred with a bad right front lower ball joint. My car only has 56,000 miles. I have had trouble with tires, alignment and checking online I see other people complaining about bad ball joints on their 500's.

Suspension Noise problem #2

Car has developed a noise in front end. A knocking when turning wheel at slow speeds. It has a suspension problem I am concerned for our safety.

Tl-the contact owns a 2007 Ford Five Hundred. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds there was an abnormal noise coming from the passenger's rear wheel. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic to be diagnosed. The mechanic was unable diagnose the where the noise came from. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the issue. The approximate failure mileage was 120,000. Ah.
