The contact took the tires to the dealer who diagnosed that all four treads were disintegrating and all four tires needed to be replaced. The tires were not replaced. The contact stated that when she took her vehicle in for routine maintenance, the mechanic stated that the tread depth for all four tires was in the red and would need to be replaced.
