The radio turns on even when the car is off and the keys are not nearby . Sometimes it turns off while driving and will be off for days at a time while other times it just comes on full volume while parked and unattended. Maybe an electrical issue ?.
The car completely died in the middle of the road without warning. I had my children in the vehicle. Signs of fuel pump issues, contacted Ford about it and researched Ford Flexs have a recall on fuel pumps. My specific vehicle VIN states there are none but all signs and symptoms lead to that. Ford refuses to help with the recall situation just wants me to pay for diagnosis.
