Tl- the contact owns a 2005 Ford Focus. The contact stated that while at a complete stop, the vehicle would shake uncontrollably upon acceleration without warning. The contact initially took the vehicle to bell Ford 2401 w bell rd, phoenix, az 85023 on four separate occasions where the vehicle had been repaired; however, the failure persisted. The contact then took the vehicle to babbitt Ford 11 n verde st, flagstaff, az 86001 and received the same result. The vehicle was returned to babbitt Ford where they diagnosed the vehicle with a faulty ring in the transmission which need t repair. The contact had the part repaired but the failure occurred yet again. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and referred her to NHTSA. The vehicle had not been repaired. The failure mileage was unknown. Jo.
