1 Automatic Transmission Control Module problem

Failure Date: 01/15/2019

Mil comes on intermittently with a p0451 (3-4 driving cycles after a cold start ) dtc, no obvious repair conditions present. Rough idle, power loss, hesitation, decrease in mileage. Issues go away on their own after pcm reset, come back shortly after mil sets again. Mil goes off randomly, and problems go away shortly after. Have run multiple diagnostics and no repair issues found. Was told the pcm itself might need to be replaced or reprogrammed.
