Transmission is leaking before 95k miles properly maintained, also transmission has started to make a loud wiring noise where it sounds likes its gears are wearing. Was advised to drop transmission and tear into it to see what is broken but there is a confirmed problem. Was also advised by dealer to sell before breaks if not wanting to pay to explore for problem.
Noises coming from transmission. . . . . Sounds like gears possibly grinding a bit? had dealer check out problem, said Ford CO. Was aware of noises but may wait till further complaints come in. Dealer told me to call or come back if if gets worse. . Its getting worse. Car is about 2 months old with 1800 miles on it, 4 speed auto tranny. Noise is most prominant while going over bumps and accellerating and stopping and accellerating.
