The contact owns a 2007 Ford Freestyle. While driving approximately 25 mph, the contact applied the brakes which abruptly traveled to the the floor. After numerous attempts, the vehicle failed to slow down. The contact drove up a slight incline and accelerated through an intersection. When the emergency brake was engaged, the vehicle came to a complete stop. The vehicle was towed to an authorized dealer where the master cylinder was replaced.
