The contact stated that the brake pedal traveled to the floorboard when depressed. The contact also stated that there was an abnormal grinding noise coming from the front of the vehicle. The contact stated that the vehicle recently received a complete brake job. The vehicle was not taken to be diagnosed or repaired. The failure recurred on three occasions.
