I had the same problem with creaking and clunking noise in the front end, mostly heard when parallel parking. I brought it to fette Ford and the fixed the problem with no argument. I would check again, try talking with the service manager. Tell him that they already fixed blue 07 Fusion se with the same problem. I also got a free loaner car, it took 3 days to fix.
