The contact owns a 2009 Ford Fusion. The contact believes that the head restraint in the front seats should have been designed differently. She stated that they protrude forward too much and make it uncomfortable to drive because her head and back are not straight or aligned. She believes that the head restraints should be flatter. Front seat head restraints are mounted at an extreme angle which forces your head forward at an uncomfortable angle. The head restraints need to be more straight up and down instead of curving forward.
