3 Seats problem

Failure Date: 05/19/2010

We recently bought a 2009 Ford Fusion and so fare we love the car, but we both agree that the head rest should be a lot straighter like the person in the report odi case number: 10266857. We both have back and neck problems and if the head rest was a little straighter I think it would solve alot of my wife's problem. With my problem it would make a little better because I have a more seriously accident. I have spoken to the Ford dealership where we bought it from and they say that can do nothing for us. I said why can't you right a report up an send it to Ford complaint office and see what they can do in the future, or they may suggest to you how to adjust the head rest. They said there is nothing we can do and Ford will not do anything for us. Our car is a v6 (3 liter) engine with awd. It gets very good milage an handles excellent in the city and highway.

4 Seats problem

Failure Date: 01/10/2010

1. Takata recall. 3-5 year waiting period and yet no repair. Also, if driver airbag is takata, why no recall or replacement? 2. Brakes will drop all the way to floor in emergency braking! why no recall or fix? this is life threatening problem.
