The fan blower to the air condition failed to work after a short park. The dealership told me the wire and resister had burned,did not know which happened first. I was told it could cause a fire so the parts were disconnected. Until new parts were installed. My concern is this vehicle was parked in my garage and this could have been a much bigger problem . I also am concerned that I am not the only one. Why should this happen to a car less than 2 years old.
The contact owns a 2011 Ford Fusion. The contact stated that when the heater was activated, the silver portion of the heat adjusters would become extremely hot and could not be adjusted.
