Tl- the contact owns a 2012 Ford Fusion. The contact stated that while the vehicle was engaged in park, the vehicle rolled away while the driver side was occupied. The contact stated that the brakes were depressed to stop the vehicle and the emergency brakes were depressed. The contact mentioned that when attempting to restart the vehicle the gear was stuck and would not move. Shift cable off transmission cable bushing. Parked at hotel, shifted to park and took foot off brake and vechile began rolling forward. Shifter was stuck in park position but car was in drive. Used e-brake to avoid rolling into next vehicle in front of me. Car will not start because it is still in drive.
