The contact called jorgensen Ford sales at 833-894-4613 (located at 8333 michigan Ave, detroit, mi 48210) and was informed that the vehicle was not included in a recall. Two days later, while driving at an unknown speed, the rear passenger door opened. The manufacturer was made aware of the failures and stated that there was no recall; however, the contact was informed to take the vehicle to a dealer for evaluation. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 77,800.
