I was stopped at a stop sign and was hit head on and the air bags never deployed. Damage to my grill, hood, bumper, side panels and driver side door wouldn't open. The impact should have caused my air bags to deploy. It was a hard enough impact that it actually moved my car. Air bags do not work.

The contact owns a 2015 Ford Fusion. While driving approximately 50 mph, another vehicle crashed into the rear of the contact's vehicle, which caused the contact to crash into a concrete median. The contact stated that the frontal air bags failed to deploy. The vehicle was destroyed and towed to an impound lot. A police report was filed and there were no injuries reported. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 4,800.
