Rack and pinion electronic power assited stearing (epas) failure. My vehicle epas system malfunctioned. I took the vehicle to apple Ford in columbia MD for resolution and had to pay $1900. 00 + for a part that in my opinion and based off previous recalls is a Ford manufacturing problem. The issues occurred when the vehicle was moving. All the dash lights flash with no clear indication on what the actual problem was. We took the vehicle in for service and had to leave the vehicle there because we were told it was unsafe to drive.
