Car Stall problems of the 1998 Ford Mustang

Four problems related to car stall have been reported for the 1998 Ford Mustang. The most recently reported issues are listed below.

1 Car Stall problem

Failure Date: 01/11/2004

While driving at an undetermined speed the vehicle stalled, which caused the consumer to pull off the road. The consumer took the vehicle to a mechanic. Please add any additional information.

2 Car Stall problem

The stalling problem is a major safety hazard. The car stalls when the brake pedal is depressed (in neutral gear). The power steering and power brakes also lose power, causing me to do whatever not to crash. I know of other Mustangs noticing the same problem. My car was serviced at the dealer for this specific problem, but failed to fix it.

3 Car Stall problem

While consumer is traveling 40 mph or less with the clutch in or out in neutral the vehicle stalls, dealer has been unable to rectify the problem. Nlm.

4 Car Stall problem

While applying the brakes vehicle would stall without indications. Dealer has been contacted. Please provide further information.
