Body problems of the 1999 Ford Mustang

Tl-the contact owns a 1999 Ford Mustang 35th anniversary. The contact stated while driving at 15mph, the contact was in traffic in the outer left hand land another vehicle was in front of the contacts vehicle and a another vehicle crashed into the contacts vehicle. The airbags did deploy and there was injuries sustained. The contact stated medical attention was required and a police report was filed. The vehicle was not diagnosed for the failure and the manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The contact stated there was a recall related to the failure and there was a date included in the manufacturers recall. There was no VIN number included in the failure, and the failure mileage was 95,000. I referred the contact to the manufacturer. Rw.

Consumer has noticed that inside and the outside of vehicle was rusted, consumer was not sure what has caused rust. But, vehicle needed to be totaled. Consumer has contacted dealer. Please provide any further details.
