The contact state that front passenger seat belt will not come out all the way. Recall n99v250000 was issued on this problem. Dealer and manufacturer said this vehicle is not in the recall.
Driver's side seat belt doesn't hold, it hangs outside of vehicle. Seat belt doesn't lock up.
Seat belt get stuck. Same symptoms as recal # 99v250000.
