The clutch slade cylinder and master cylinder were repaired. The failure recurred one month later at an intersection. The contact had to turn off the vehicle. When it was restarted, the contact had to drive in second gear. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer and they stated that there were loose bolts in the pressure plate to the fly wheel. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer stated that an engineer would come out and inspect the vehicle. The engineer determined that the six torque to yield bolts failed. The vehicle was taken to the dealer for repair, but the failure still persists. The vehicle is currently not being driven and is at the dealer for repair.
