Over the winter my Ford 2005 Mustang v6 had an issue. The emergency brake would freeze up. You would not beagle to move the car, until the thing d-iced. Now months later, due to this issue happening in the winter, finally the e brake got stuck in a position where the car could drive, but the brake pads and rotors were tore up in the process. The dealer is going to charge me $700 dollars to have all this fixed (new rear brakes and to fix the cable) Ford put out an internal memo about this issue, why is there no recall on it. If you search the internet there are many others who have this issue.
