1 Mid/rear Seats Assembly problem of the 2020 Ford Mustang

Failure Date: 04/06/2021

Renting vehicle for long term use. Drive as mostly single woman and commute up to 2 hrs. Side lights are attention grabber for night time use. Ex driving on 8 and stopping at rest stop or for gas drew much unwanted attention. My cell phone slid under passenger seat and I had to exit vehicle move car forward and back to try and pry out. This could have broken my needed means of communication or hurt my hand as seat is low for better comfort but no room to grab things underneath. Also back seats strap to allow entry to trunk. As an advocate this is an easy access to stow away passengers or have someone hide in trunk. The traditional strap in between seat and much tighter makes this more of a process but would make more sense to drivers like myself as a victim of sexual assault. Thank you for your time.

2 Mid/rear Seats Assembly problem of the 2018 Ford Mustang

Failure Date: 10/11/2020

The vehicles passenger front seat reclining latch has malfunctioned and now the seat will no longer stay in a locked back position. The vehicle was not moving when this part was being used by a child to allow exit from the back seat. With the seat not being able to lock back it has now additionally created a lack of vision for the driver to look for oncoming vehicles through the passenger side mirror since the seat is always leaning forward.

4 Mid/rear Seats Assembly problem of the 2011 Ford Mustang

Failure Date: 02/03/2016

My back passenger floor is soaking wet for no reason. I have had issues with my air conditioning. Dealership said I had a leak but could not find the problem. I researched when they couldn't find it. My car started to not only blow hot air, but started smelling moldy. My cabin air filter and the carpartment was full of water. The filter was soaking wet and full of mold. I change it and drained the water myself. My car ac ran better than ever up to yesterday. My ac is not blowing the ice cold air and their is lots of water on the back floor. I have heated seats. The electrical parts are under the seats. I was told by the dealership I have the best warranty but it doesn't cover water. It didn't cover the ac either. I'm told I'm going to have to pay another $300+ to fix my car when this is a problem with 2005- present Mustangs. . Read more...
