One problem related to front suspension stabilizer bar has been reported for the 1999 Ford Ranger. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
While driving on highway noticed something bouncing down the road in mirror that appeared to have come off of my vehicle. Upon later inspection noticed that left front sway bar link had failed. Steering arm was still attached to link, but portion of link attached to sway bar was completely missing.
