This dealer says Ford has failed to supply replacement air bags for a large number of locally owned Ford products. Ford has lied to me by saying replacement parts are available, and has failed to supply parts for a mandatory recall of potentially deadly pieces of my vehicle. I urge the NHTSA, in the strongest possible terms, to join with other federal agencies to sanction Ford motor company with huge monetary fines and criminal charges against its executives, and to force Ford motor company to immediately provide replacement air bags for all its affected vehicles. Meanwhile, force Ford motor company to furnish to affected Ford vehicle owners, free of charge, similar vehicles for customer use until Ford's explosive takata air bags are actually replaced. This corporate malfeasance is unconscionable. My government needs to protect me from this long known, potentially deadly, faulty product.
