Instrument Panel problem #1

The contact owns a 2010 Ford Ranger. The contact stated that the vehicle had a black instrumental panel which made it very difficult to see the indicators during the day. The instrument panel does illuminate normally while driving at night. The dealer was informed about this failure and stated that this was not covered by the warranty; yet, it was a design flaw. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 2500 and the current mileage was 5000.

Electrical System problem #2

I have a 2010 Ford Ranger. It has 54,000 miles and the heater has stopped working. Apparently the heater in Rangers has been a problem for years. They break and they don't repair them because of the mileage. They also charge a fee to find the problem. I know it's electric and I'm not sure if it can cause a fire.
