The contact stated that while the vehicle was at the dealer for a tire rotation, the contact was informed that the tires were unable to be rebalanced due to swollen lug nuts. The vehicle was then taken to goodyear, who was also unable to rotate the tires. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure.
