When coming to a stop on flat surface and no warning vehicle accelerated, resulting in an accident. Dealer notified.
While pulling into a parking space, consumer states applied the brakes and vehicle took off and hit a couple of cars consumer had to locate brake pedal in order to stop. Consumer states there is a recall for the distance between pedals, 02 v 266 000.
