Car Accelerates On Its Own problems of the 2007 Ford Taurus

Sudden acceleration on city streets without touching the gas pedal. Engine running at 4rpm at a complete standstill and while moving. Even when the brake was engaged the car kept lurching forward wanting to proceed through the red light.
