One problem related to latches/locks/linkage has been reported for the 1999 Ford Windstar. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
The latches on the vehicle are defective. The glove compartment latch will not open. The latch on cd storage will not work either and the latch on the hatchback is about ready to break. . . It doesn't always want to open.
