2001 Ford Windstar very well maintained records to show. Engine failure (bad rod) with no warning . No leaks or use of oil ever. Mechanic said there is no reason for the failure except for maybe a faulty rod.

Failure Date: 06/01/2001

Vehicle had an oil leak, and engine compartment was smoking. Consumer took vehicle to dealer, and they replaced campshaft at 48 miles. Please provide any further infomation.
