The contact owns a 2001 Ford Windstar. While driving approximately 40 mph she lost control of the vehicle and crashed into the median. She stated that she lost control of the vehicle without receiving any warning lights. When the vehicle crashed into the median in a vertical position on a highway another vehicle crashed into her vehicle. The front end of the other vehicle was damaged. There were no injuries. A police report was not filed. The contact stated that her vehicle was towed to her residence. The tow truck driver advised her that her rear axle was cracked in half. The vehicle was not repaired.
