The van took off without my control and the brakes stopped working and the fuel system it caused me to have two accidents within a week of each other.
Cel came on. . Blew 02 sensor code. Replaced. Few days later cel came back on now with p0171 and p0174 codes. This is a massive know problem from doing an internet search and also searching this site even under other Windstar years. This is a very costly expensive and seems to be quite involved and there needs to be a recall on this.
