Automatic Emergency Braking Problems of GMC Acadia - part 2

Shift to park error code along with several other error codes including no remote detected that have continually and intermittentantly appeared since my car was at 16 k miles. My car has been in the shop over 10 times and these problems continue to return. My car won't shut off correctly, and this drains the battery. On 2 different occasions I was locked inside my car, unable to start it. Both of those times the outside temperature was over 100 degrees, and I almost had to break my window to exit and survive. I frantically pushed several buttons, trying to start the car, and luckily something tripped so I could open my car. The dealership replaced my battery twice before 31 k miles. They have replaced 2 different fobs when the car didn't recognize them. The dealership has replaced the transmission control assembly, the body control module, the fuel injector, the immobolizer control module, the brake control module, and my car has currently been in the shop for over 3 weeks as they may also need to replace the instrument control module and hvac module due to those error codes. My car is at 46 k miles and has been in the shop 3 different times since 39 k (less than 10 k miles) all for similar problems. Thankfully I bought the extended warranty that will expire in 2 years. Was on the interstate driving when the emergency brake engaged causing the car skid the tires and almost completely coming to a stop in heavy traffic. Shortly after this the transmission had issues which caused the car to be undrivable and had to be towed. The dealership had the car for over a month and replaced the tcm. There were no other warnings prior to this.

The vehicle was purchased brand new from serra GMC in washington michigan in April 2020. It has been back to the dealer 5 times for the same issue, with another 4 times that it was not taken into dealer! reoccurring issue involves the instrument cluster, all gages and visual indicators go to zero (speed, tach, fuel, temp, etc. . . ) as well as getting a notification that the traction control is disabled, the abs is disabled, cruise is disabled, and other electronic aid. This happens at highway speeds and to loose all function is a safety concern, it is not repeatable and happens randomly but it is the same issue. The dealer claims to fix the issue but it always comes back. Gm has told me to accept the issue as its not detectable however this is unacceptable as it puts my family at risk. The automatic emergency braking failure was not duplicated. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 500.
