Tire Tread/belt Problems of GMC Acadia

10/6/2023 the vehicle shakes all over the vehicle when driving at highway speeds the shop I brought it to says that the tire tread is slipped and you can see the tread is wavy when running on the lift and is most likely the cause of the vibration. It is actually all 4 tires but a couple of them are the more worse than others. P255/55r20 is the tire size and were bought 9/9/2021 but only have 20k miles on them. I just wanted to report so if there is other complaints about this with the same tire something may be able to be done to resolve this in case this issue gets worse.

The contact owns a 2016 GMC Acadia equipped with goodyear fortera hl tires, size: p255/6518 109s. While the vehicle was stationary, the contact noticed that the front driver's tire, the rear driver's tire, and the rear passenger's tire had abnormal cracks in the tread near the wheel rims. The contact stated that the rear driver's tire had a 1/2 inch crack, the rear passenger's tire had a 2 inch crack in the tread, and the front driver's tire had two 1/2 inch cracks in the tread. Norman gale Buick GMC of cedar knolls, new jersey was made aware of the failure and stated that the tires were out of warranty, but that they could be pro-rated based upon the percentage of tire usage. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue. The failure mileage was approximately 22,000.
