One problem related to brake disc pads has been reported for the 2002 GMC C2500. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
The contact complained about a brake problem. Rear rotors rusted. Dealership said that this was normal wear for the rear rotors. The gm customer service told him to take it back to the dealer, and all they would tell him was that he needed to replace rotors and rear brake pads because they could not turn them over. Left rear axle seal leaked. The slip yoke and rear u-joint on the rear driveshaft were replaced because they were causing a chattering feeling when the wheel was turned.
