Latches/locks/linkage Problems of GMC C2500

GMC C2500 owners have reported 3 latches/locks/linkage related problems since 1996. Table 1 shows the 2 most common latches/locks/linkage problems. The number one most common problem is related to the vehicle's tailgate latch (2 problems). The second most common problem is related to the vehicle's trunk lid lock (1 problem).
