Two problems related to gasoline storage have been reported for the 2002 GMC Envoy. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
I have a 2002 GMC slt, which is leaking gas. I have had my vehicle towed to my mechanic, which is in process of getting a part from the Chevrolet dealer to fix the leak.
Leaky gas tank on 2002 GMC Envoy xl. 48,000 miles. Found by dealership, recommended new gas tank for approx $500 plus labor. Service bulletin exists to look for crack in tank per service department.
