One problem related to owners/service manual has been reported for the 2002 GMC Envoy. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
My rear lift gate does not lock with or without the key fob nor with the power door lock button. There is no manual way to lock my doors it seems to be a poor design and a safety factor. My wife is afraid to drive because anyone can open the lift gate and rob her or even myself.
