One problem related to air brake disc rotor has been reported for the 2003 GMC Envoy. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
The rotors on our 2003 GMC Envoy completely rusted out, to the extent that they could not even be turned, 13 months after purchase. There was approximately 1/3 of the brake pads still unused. We had to replace all rotors and pads, as the rotors scored the pads.
