One problem related to rear suspension springs has been reported for the 2003 GMC Envoy. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
The contact owns a 2003 GMC Envoy. The contact stated that he noticed that the front end of the vehicle was sitting higher than the rear end. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic for diagnosis and the contact was informed that the air bags shocks would need to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired however, two moths later the failure recurred and the shocks and springs were replaced again but to no avail. The manufacturer was notified but no assistance was provided to the contact. The failure and current mileage was 121,000.
