One problem related to turn signal flasher unit has been reported for the 2003 GMC Envoy. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Driver applied the turn signal and the turn signal failed to work properly. Driver noticed that the right turn signal would come and off on its own. Driver took the vehicle to the dealer, and mechanic determined that the turn signal unit needed to be replaced.
