Automatic Stability Control (asc) problems of the 2004 GMC Envoy

I purchased a "new" 2004 GMC Envoy, the vehicle is approximateyl 11/2 to 21/2 inches higher on th left side. The vehicle leans to the right, I took the vehicle to the dealer fo them to investigate the problem. They refused to do anything because "gm" told them not to do anything until there were a certain amount of mile on the vehicle. I feel this problem should be investigated as the center of gravity is changde and could create a "roll over " situtaion if the problem isn't adressed. Perhaps the defect has already caused some roll over accidents. .
