One problem related to manifold/header/muffler/tail pipe has been reported for the 2007 GMC Envoy. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Exhaust manifold bolts broken, causing uncatalyzed exhaust emissions under hood and resulting in increased CO (carbon monoxide) levels entering the cabin through the hvac system during engine operation at slow speeds or while parked.
