One problem related to tire blowout has been reported for the 2008 GMC Envoy. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
We were driving at about 35 mph when we heard a pop and the left rear tire had blew apart in the tread area. Very unusual. We hit no holes. The tires have about 12,000 miles on them. Goodyear wrangler sr-a 255/75/17. Obviously a defect.
