One problem related to automatic transmission park/neutral start switch has been reported for the 1997 GMC Safari. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Gears can be shifted without brake pedal being depressed. Consumer realized it after child shifted gears while engine was idling. Dealer has been contacted. Please provide further details.
