One problem related to wheel cover/hubcaps has been reported for the 2000 GMC Sierra. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Vehicle would not pass inspection because of parking brake failure. Talked to several mechanics who could identify the model, year and make of the vehicle as soon as I said parking brake - all stated that it was a very common problem, same with the wheel hub. Also air bag did not deploy when my son hit a deer with the vehicle.
