Air Bag Not Deploy problems of the 2004 GMC Sierra

The contact owned a 2004 GMC Sierra 1500. He stated that vehicle was involved in an accident while traveling 40 mph. Upon impact, air bags did not deploy. According to the traffic officer contact's vehicle he hit a tree and a branch fell down and hit the top of vehicle cab. The contact was wearing seat belt, and was the only person in the vehicle. The contact sustained a neck injury.

While driving at 50 mph a head on collision occurred. Upon impact, air bag did not deploy. There were some injuries.

Consumer's vehicle was involved in an a roll over, and the air bags did not deploy. Also, seat belts did not secure the occupants. The driver was under the steering wheel, and the passenger was under the dashboard.
