The contact stated that as soon as he purchased the vehicle some kind of smell started, and then it started making a rubbing noise that sounded like the serpentine belt or some kind bearings. The vehicle has been taken to the dealership, and told the contact that the air conditioner was making the noise.
Turned off engine, hvac fan still on. Will not turn off. This is the dual climate control system. Had to remove fuse so the battery will not discharge. Service bulletins were issued for this problem but did not include all vehicles, including ours.
