One problem related to blower has been reported for the 2006 GMC Sierra. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Heater and a/c blower malfunction. Wires and connectors were hot to the touch and after a closer look wires protective wire cover were exposed and connectors were melted through. There was also smoke in the cab.
