Body problems of the 2007 GMC Sierra

Driver door. Won't unlock have to get out of truck on right side , took it to dealer said it not and easy fix over 1200 dollars to repair, look on line a lot of other who have serria tk have had problems with the locking system not working, with the door not unlocking has to be a saftey issue.

The rear end went out and fenders are coming loose universal joints are going out replaced them, radio went out, front bumper fell out of place, fuel relay switch went out , what happened to GMC top of the line trucks and I've had GMC before and never had this problem and had them for years part store does not have right numbers for universal joint.

The contact owns a 2007 GMC Sierra. The contact stated the interior front driver's side door failed to release in the open position forcing the contact to exit from the front passenger door. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer where the door latch and cable were replaced. The manufacturer was made aware of the problem. The approximate failure mileage was 24,000.
